Celebrating the Special Times with My Wife
I’d been with my little lady for over 40 years and we’d been through a lot together and I surprised her with senior travel insurance for over 65s and a special holiday. Between raising kids, two wars and sometimes economical problems, I wanted to celebrate just having her in my life. Because we’re on a tight budget, finding discounts for travel over 65 is not as hard as one may think. We didn’t want to be stuck on a bus for hours nor did we want to have some romantic getaway that may be a little too elaborate for our taste buds. So through a travel agent that grew up with my daughter, we were able to find some walking tours that were kind of fun. For seven days, we got to hear different types of music, sightsee and try out all kinds of food. My wife was just happy that she did not have to cook. Hopefully, we can do things like this on a yearly basis.
